This platform provides an affiliate program where users (content creators / KOLs) may register, connect their social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Threads), and apply for participation.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Social Account Connection

By connecting your social media account, you authorize us to access basic profile information (such as username and account ID) via third-party APIs (e.g. Meta APIs).

This information is used solely for:

• Identity verification
• Internal review of affiliate applications

We do NOT:

• Post content on your behalf
• Access private messages
• Modify or manage your social media accounts

5. Commission & Payout

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link or discount code. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Partners must represent PITANIUM in a positive and professional manner. You are encouraged to share authentic experiences. However, the use of misleading claims, spamming, or unauthorized advertising on PITANIUM's official social media pages is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive right to use PITANIUM's logos, images, and creative assets provided in the Media Kit solely for promotion. All rights to these materials remain the property of PITANIUM.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our system uses cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is typically 30 days. Commissions are credited to the first affiliate link clicked by the customer for that specific session.

9. Affiliate Approval & Termination

All affiliate applications are subject to internal review. PITANIUM reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

PITANIUM also reserves the right to terminate any partner account, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

10. Data Usage

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

This platform integrates with third-party services such as Meta (Instagram, Threads). We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these external services.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

13. Updates to Terms

PITANIUM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
